Magnet is the 7th unlockable ability. It redirect all projectiles to the toughest enemy and multiplies their damage for 5s. Enemies killed by it drop 150% of coins. Damage from non-projectiles is not affected by this ability. Damage from affected projectiles does not count towards MDPS. Once Magnet expires, all attracted projectiles disappear.
Trophy "MODIFIER: SEARCH" increases coins dropped by enemies killed by Magnet by 10% (160% total).

Despite its bonus to coins from killed enemies, Magnet is not a good choice for gathering coins like Thunder or Bullet wall. Affected projectiles deal more damage, but also constantly aim for the toughest enemy, meaning they often fail to kill anything. For that reason, Magnet should either be used to finish off the last few enemies remaining or used in conjuction with Cannon or
Missile, since their projectiles can damage enemies around the target. Magnet can make up for the inaccuracy of
Multishot and
Splash and greatly boost their damage, but their projectiles cannot leave their range, which may render these towers useless if the strongest enemy is too far away. Even with the x0.1 ability damage multiplier, the damage amplification from the Magnet and perfect accuracy makes these towers perform much better against bosses, though still not coming close to designated single-target towers.
