Level 2.6 is the 6th main level in Stage 2 and the 19th campaign level.

Description[]

It is a small map with lots of places for turret overlap. It uses two different teleporters to condense it's size and allow its 16 build-able tiles to overlap much of the pathway. Additionally, there are five tiles where you can place a mining speed modifier, increasing the speed of the miners for more resources and score. For example, the top left tile, adjacent to two 100% density Vector resources is a good place to add a mining speed modifier, as it improves the speed of two resource tiles instead of one.

To unlock this level, the player needs to get at least 1 star from level 2.5

Player earns 3 Stars by clearing wave 27, 41, and 52.

This level awards a Splash Tower trophy should the player clear wave 69

Strategy[]

This level is extremely convenient for tower placements mainly that the enemies will warp back to locations where they are near your towers. Freezing tower with range can cover the entire map altogether.

Keep in mind that there are no Heli or Jet enemies around in which there is no need to worry about brining Anti-Air Towers to the mix.

A tip is to use MINING SPEED Modifier on (2,6) to attach to 3 miners for Vector, Infiar/Tensor, Tensor to farm massive amounts of resources very easily. Though as a new player, the player is not able to access tensor/infiar until levels 4/5 respectively and can only farm matrix for now.

Simply use Basic, Cannon, and Sniper towers can easily earn 3 stars in this level.

Because of the small map, it is difficult to place BOUNTY modifiers without comprising gold from enemies and at most can place 2. Though it can be greedy to place 4 or 5 in the beginning on the top and transition to sell them for towers later on.
